Thank you for requesting an appointment with Delray Orthodontics! A fully refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve your consultation and will be applied to your treatment cost when you move forward with our care. If you decide not to proceed, we’ll still provide your consultation for free and refund your deposit right after your visit—no questions asked! To ensure we can prepare for your visit, we kindly ask for 48 business hours’ notice for any changes. Late cancellations may result in the $50 deposit being retained.
